Is this Dragonite worth powering up? I only managed to catch 2 and hatch 1 since playing from August.

I suspect raid bosses will change soon. Haven't got my Ttar and Machamp :|
I have a Rhydon 95.6% with Rock Smash / Earthquake. Worth using Fast TM on him to make it Mud Slap / Earthquake for double Ground goodness? Or better to just go for Rhydon bosses and save the hassle? |
