Depending on the number of Pokemon caught worldwide, different level of bonuses is unlocked:

500 million - bronze - 2x XP, 6 hr lure modules, more Pokemon encounters

1.5 billion - silver - 2x XP, 2x stardust, 6 hr lures, even more Pokemon encounters

3 billion - gold - 2x XP, 2x stardust, 6 hr lures, Farfetch'd worldwide for 48 hours, Kangaskhan in East Asia for 48 hours

Rewards are unlocked shortly after reaching each milestone and will last until December 1st at 1 P.M PST

3 Billion = 7 days,  assumption we have 5 mil players
