Yeah, I noticed that. He onlined today, probably wanting to know what we're up to. He probably thought that the law won't catch up with him but he is wrong, I've spoke to some KPDN officers, it's a big offence to sell fakes products online, not only for softwares, even earphones as well. Perhaps someone can go to their ministry in KL to lodge an official complaint and I'm sure that they will contact the mods here for Jenssen's IP address and other details that they can find from their backend log files.

I guess we don't want to make the matter big, full refund, case close, that's all.

I guess before you guys busting out this issue to the dispute..why not do a normal COD transaction with him and confront him then and there.I would do that if i were you.If you start this thread...obviously he will run away.

Jenssen is using another User ID, Asparagine to log in, check the screenshots below, both accounts were logged in at the same time and both also selling Sennheiser CX300. Jenssen, I guess you should explain something now, no point blaming your supplier for this and that, you were aware that they were fakes from the very beginning. Can't believe you'll do such a thing. I believe KPDN will be very interested to know about your illegal activities here. You better give us a full refund and we'll just forget about it.

P/S: Mods, can you ban future accounts from this person if he decided to register another account. I believe he has multiple accounts under his own IP address. For unsuspecting buyers, do no buy any CX300 from here unless it comes with a retail packing and a Sennheiser international warranty card. Alternatively, you can get them from machines or Mediaplex at Midvalley. We need to stop this con person to target on other new victims.

Would he take the risk to show himself in public anymore due to fact that he have cheated? I don't think so... just let the police force to handle the situation..

I do believe that MOD have traced the similiar IP address that he is using to connect to the internet... thus if he is using a static ISP account, MOD can ban his IP forever... Thats my opinion....

It should be a dynamic IP, a static one is normally for corporate accounts but since he doesn't wanna come clean, we'll assume that he is a conman.

If dynamic, everytime he disconnect and reconnect again. His IP would be different and it would hard to track him down....
Anyway, TS lodge police report already?

I have PM-ed to TS, either lodge police report or lodge a complaint with KPDN. If not, write to Sennheiser USA / Singapore and inform them of Jenssen's illegal activity here. We already have his house address so there's no way he can run. It's not that we're not giving him a chance to explain, he totally ignored everybody and just kept quiet even though he did online yesterday. If he give us a full refund, we'll just close one eye and pretend nothing happened, simple as that.

Well, all we can do is wait that fella to show up and explain the situation (probably won't).... Even I didn't bought anything from him, but I can feel how it's like being cheated after found out that the item bought was a non-genuine...

just do it. that guy's too idiotic to be saved. i guess he knew it was fake, and he had planned it all along. coz why's he logging in as 2 users? 1 user is to sell at slightly higher price, so that people will think, ohh this is original. then 2nd account sell cheap a bit, or something like that, to imply that its a fake.


if he knew it was a fake, then the only reason why he said "can refund if found to be fake" is because he will run away as soon as people start to investigate . if he knew it was fake and still made that statement, then he's a dumbass who either thinks the forummers are dumb, or he likes to waste time doing deals and refunding people.

I think you better PM Jacky directly to get the latest updates. You might be too late to trace the Jenssen, he probably has fled elsewhere or registered another account. We wouldn't know.
