Just wanna ask in case anyone can clarify this. Is it true that we cant take our laptop outside Malaysia, say to South Korea if we install pirate copy of windows and office? My friend said so. Since she's leaving soon to further study, she is a bit worry about this.

Hi in what sense that it cannot be brought outside Malaysia? In sense of windows going to blocked or blacklisted or being held by the authorities on the foreign countries?

I remembered that few of my friends also studied overseas and they used pirated software, but as far as i remember they didn't face any problem regarding it. Its just the risk are higher to get caught if you surf pirated website during your staying at overseas.

well, my other friend said that the laptop needs to stay here, or they will confiscate upon arrival or something cant remember. Not sure if this correct, or i just got kencing,,good time..
