Or is it worth purchase a Travel Guide book as I am planning to read up first and then plan to travel to Taiwan next year.

Honestly, I am not a party person but I felt since Elva is a Taiwanese artist, perhaps there is a higher chance the MV was made in Taiwan. I hope my post is at the right location. Feel free to move, if otherwise.
