dear all... i'm in the midst of planning for my trip to taiwan end of this month... am very worried with all the typhoon and stuff do you think it will affect the north of taiwan as well?

another problem i'm facing is that since i don't read chinese, it's been very difficult to plan the trip cause most of the websites are in chinese (in comparism to HK which are always available in english )... please can someone help out?
