any 1 went to sun moon lake? Can advise abt the must see places and how to get there? Thanks.

nothing much to see, but the lake does offer some good scenic view for photo taking.

the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village (九族文化村) is nearby though.

Can I get any hotel or hostel below RM250 below for a room which good location or easier for me??? so there will be no public transport at that time??? is eva air better or china airlines??? both oso 20kg check in luggage???
if u ok with ard rm250 per nite then mayb u can try YMCA Taipei. I stayed there a couple of weeks ago, nice n spacious enough room for me. Location is fantastic as its right beside Taipei Main Station n very easy to get around places.

u can take railway train from Taipei to Ruifang n from there take bus or cab to Jiufen. the journey takes ard 1 hour. u can also take bus directly to Jiufen i think, but i not so sure abt that.

oh btw u shouldn't missed out Danshui n The Fisherman Wharf, its juz nearby where u gonna stay biggrin.gif
