1. wallet, Ledger Nano S or Trezor?

the waiting time for Nano S is quite long, Estimated shipping date for all new orders processed from our factory: June 27, 2017. and is it normal price for the wallet to be quite pricey? btw any seller here?

Preorder a Nano S from here, they ship to Malaysia

If your Nano S broken or stolen, can always restore from the 24 words recovery seed, but this must not be revealed to anyone apart from you. It's essentially the keys to all your funds.

Don't use a credit card to purchase crypto, deposit using bank transfers for minimal fee.

If you know anyone in SG, can ask them to help you buy/sell at Gemini.

It's an excellent exchange for BTC and ETH

To trade e.g. Have your bitcoin exchanged into alt coins you would have to pick an exchange

List of top exchanges based on trading volume
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/

Basically from Multibit you put in the btc address given by the exchange as seen in your account, have it sent and confirmed (this may take some time) so the balance would then appear in your exchange account

Then buy whatever mETH you want wanted at the prevailing market rate and have it transferred out to your wallet again. I think multibit supports only bitcoin

Alternatively you can check out ShapeShift
*
thanks bro. yeah, multibit only support bitcoin. so if im interested to buy n store eth n litecoin securely, is there any other platform recommended?

heard the eth have an apps on the phone?>

Please tell me that you did not put wrong buying rate

0.09070 = 200+ USD similar to ~0.9 ETH. You've got 0.15
*
i didnt exchange all my BTC. just only 0.015 BTC, get 0.15 ETH.

BTC now is like 10 times of ETH

Yes this is what they say on the website:

Every trade occurs between two parties: the maker, whose order exists on the order book prior to the trade, and the taker, who places the order that matches (or "takes") the maker's order. Makers are so named because their orders make the liquidity in a market. Takers are the ones who remove this liquidity by matching makers' orders with their own.

The maker-taker model encourages market liquidity by rewarding the makers of that liquidity with a fee discount. It also results in a tighter market spread due to the increased incentive for makers to outbid each other. The higher fee that the taker pays is usually offset by the better prices this tighter spread provides.

Simplify

Maker - those who put in que to let others match it

Taker - those who match the price in the que.

QUOTE(kmarc @ Jun 1 2017, 02:55 PM)
Both parties pay for a transaction. If you sell to the nearest bid, you pay 0.25% of the fee while the buyer pays 0.15%.

If you asked for a price and the price matches, you pay 0.15% of the fees and the seller pays 0.25%.

noted guys. tq. is there any other platform offer cheaper fee?

Time to load up some ETH as people tryna cash out of ETH and get into XRP?

To create some long-term stability and ease those concerns, Ripple announced a plan last week for the structured sale and use of its currency. By the end of 2017, the company will put 55 billion of its XRP into escrow and will unleash up to 1 billion into the market every month. Thus, investors will have some sense of what's coming.

Have to wait then or get from coinhako.

Anyone noticed the sgd rate is more expensive than usd and myr?

BTC/USD
US$ 2,463. 84

BTC/SGD
S$ 3,545. 77  / US$2,567.66

BTC/MYR
RM 10,529. 13 / US$2,460.07

And myr rate is cheaper than usd rate.

They are singapore company but overcharge singapore customer but provide better rate for malaysia.

CEX.IO is expensive. Even more with credit card.

Not sure what the hype of using such expensive exchange.
Might as well buy at Luno. Use limit, u will get.

Paypal usage of buying BTC also available, but I  smaller quantities, circa 0.2BTC, but priced levelled of Korean market.

ah, hmm maybe for those dont have the cash, they can use creedit card and pay monthly installment. quite risky imo.

btw just bought GNT, only 50 units for now sweat.gif

i like their idea, is quite similar to Amazon web services, something related with my current job scope. the idea itself is plausible
