1. you install a good antivirus on that PC

2. add a firewall to it.

3. don't surf to porn or malware ridden sites on it.

4. store the PC and only use for crypto related tasks (not surfing)

never heard of them. go find out the real owners of those sites. and beware if their domain info is private.

yes but you still need a PC to connect the hardware wallet and I prefer using a PC that is free from malware. Who knows what 0 Day malware resides on Windows PCs nowadays.
