Anyone facing contact problem in using this phone..
the problem like this :
if i set the phone no. to for exaple : +6012-3333333 then it will display contact person name at message but cant display the person name when that person call me. after that, i set the no to 012-3333333. Another problem comes...it will display name when that person call me but when sms me..i will not see his or her name.

It depends on the shop, it can be RM20~RM40.
Some Lowyatians oso provide flashing services.
Nokia service centre also provides such service, it is free if ur set is ori n unser warranty. If AP, they will charge u RM30 IIRC.

is it possible that future firmware upgrade might enable 3250 to support up to 2GB(now 1GB) microSD (i want more songs!)?

IIRC, there is only 1GB microSD available now. Correct me if i'm wrong.
If got 2GB, i think there should be no problem for using it, juz that it will take more time to load ur files.


Btw, i juz wondering can 3250 edit ID3 tag?

Hi guys, I am owner of 3250 too!

The phone is overall great... just that i have a few qualms..

do you guys experience lag when zooming the camera? its not as smooth as those found on 6630.. or isit only my problem??

Contacts issue:

When i save my contacts as +601xxxxxxxx, I get their names when receiving sms but not when receiving calls.
Likewise, when i save the same contact under 01xxxxxxxx, i see their names when they call but not when receiving sms...

And... ray... about the barrel effect, I dont think i have it.. my firmware is 3.23.
