if i were you i look at south of KL first instead of North.

Kulim will be boring to you if you are from KL.
Shopping malls and places to hangout are very very limited maybe only 1 or 2 places only.
Food will not be a problem as there are many good places to eat.

Also job opportunities are limited in Kulim. many people staying there work in prai or penang.
oh btw you will be working from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday off.
Kedah follow Kelantan and Terengganu work days.

If Intel paying you well above average then GO!
Get the experience and consider stepping stone for higher pay & better position.
