 Unable to receive all banks TAC (URGENT)

Hi

Need help from Maxis.

Since Monday, I have been unable to receive TAC from any banks. These banks include OCBC, CIMB, Maybank, Standard Chartered.

I have not changed my number at all.

I have also not made any changes to my number with any of these banks.

I can receive normal SMS messages.

My wife's Maxis line can receive TAC and SMS messages as per normal.

I have tried resetting the SMS Service Centre Address.

Maxis, please look into this and solve my problem.

Please don't ask me to call the banks, it is definitely not their problem from the looks of it.

Thanks, and I hope for a prompt reply soon. I practically cannot continue any online transactions until this is resolved.
