Hi earlier one of my post is been reported as spam by a unfriendly user.

Have communicate with moderator that we are doing legal business here, the explanation is accepted.

Hence moderator have take down the spam report after we have changing the post following Lowyat Forum Rules & Regulations.

But now I don't not what this unfriendly user problem is -- he/she keep reporting my post as spam!

What can I do to this unfriendly user?

Please advise TQ

if you already follow the rules and mod say no problem just ignore it

What if my reputation is affected because of this unfriendly user action of kept reporting my post?
People think my post are scam in long term

But still when i just done explain to one moderator, another moderator take down my post due to this unfriendly user action!

I just post a thread that about our company business, my partner also have putting the same thread as well but it have no issue.

The moderator has send me statement below,

"Do not advertise any company, website, product or services except within the Trade Zone and the Classifieds sections. Do not make any commercially orientated posts without prior permission from an administrator. Do not post any referral links, either on the boards or in your signature."

And now I comply to the rules they set from have company referral links to company main website only.

Just because this unfriendly user having grudge for me not able to entertain him he accuse me I earn commission when people click the referral link that we post earlier, which completely not true. I admit is my mistake by didn't read probably the rules & regulation when post this referral link.

P/S I receive few pm with referral link as well I just choose to ignore.

To make it easy, post screencap of your PM and harassment and tag the unfriendly user here, see what are his/her respond.

The moderator has advise to put in what section.
As mention thread has been revise to the rules & regulation, if still report clean thread as spam is not grudge then what?

Isn't there a plugin with auto-refresh / see reported posts&thread?

I remember seeing reported posts last time with the plugin until I reformat PC
