Really really bad way to judge a person's fitness knowledge. Got alot of personal trainers who have model like bodies built on steroids and give absolute trash rubbish advice.

TS just google this terms: IIFYM, Calorie Deficit, Calorie Surplus, Macros, Micros, TDEE, HIIT Cardio, Progressive Overload, Compound Exercises, Isolation Exercises, Push Pull Legs. Spend 1 month learn those and your set.
