Hello to everyone...Here's my story..
I'm going to lodge a complaint againts bmwlover a.k.a Lim Wei Lun

He's not conning me but seems unresponsible towards helping me to claim my money

On 23rd Jan 2007 at 9:58:45am(based on bank-in slip)i banked in to the seller account at BSN UiTM Shah Alam..I'm buying from him Motorola E398 accs(Box,manual,usb cable,64mb microsd and driver)which is rm 65 included the delivery charges..He send the item to me through ABX Express(on the same day) and i have not receive the item until now..He's not conning me as the parcel no was valid...But last 2 weeks i had been confirm from the ABX that the parcel was missing and they will pay the ganti rugi through the sender which is in Taiping perak...

These item is actually on behalf of my friend who's currently in Malaysia(now in aussie) on that time..He need those E398 accs and not familliar with this online style..At last i gave him my e398 accs as he's leaving malaysia and the item still haven't arrive ..

The problem is...This fella seems like don't try to help me to get back my money...I ask him few times to push that ABX Express cawangan Taiping as the refund will paid at there not at ABX Petaling..As i mentioned to him ABX will pay to him not me so he must ask for ABX Taiping for his money=my money

I deal a lot of times bu mostly cod and only 2 times through postage..Once is when i sold my pda to Jaffar and the second with this bmwlover...I think i'm fully responsible as i contact Jaffar until he received the item in good condition..It took only 1 day to send that PDA to Jaffar which is in penang...But this bmwlover seems not responsible..He said he had done his job in doing the postage..Yes he do send it but i think it still his responsible to get back the money which ABX Express Taiping going to pay..

So until now i don't get my parcel(i won't get it for sure) nor my money(which i was assure by ABX that i will get it)..Need u guyz and gurlz opinion on this case..Thanks a lot

Now waiting Tipaing area to settle with sender..but until now no news from abx taiping

Another way to settle is bmwlover please pm koben about the transaction detail...maybe he can help us settle this dispute

here is the update.

I already saw ABX branch manager this evening to discuss this matter.
Sadly to say, there is nothing much i can do to help.

Since the parcel was missing, yes they will compensate which i'm not sure how much. But they require the sender himself to claim the money. This is because they treat the case as the loss of the sender (bmwlover).

But somehow the sender can 'wakil' someone to claim but of course need some proof that the sender send the 'wakil'. Which i believe will consume a lot of time.

My suggestion here, aliftaufiq maybe you can negogiate with bmwlover to pay your money first. Then bmwlover can claim his money back from ABX. Because from what i read from bmwlover post, you just have no time to go claim the money since u still study. Just to be fair to both of you...

Btw thanx a lot bro..Waiting for bmwlover comment about this..I already talk about refunding my money 1st to him but he did not want to do that adn ask me to wait about the compensate..

as mention by koben, bmwlover must refund the money to TS immediately or else you will kena a dispute tag soon. As this case is categorized as what koben mention about "This is because they treat the case as the loss of the sender (bmwlover)."

He said the refunding on the process...supposedly to be today but no news or what so ever..wtf..even i won't get full refund...as it was my fault ABX Express lost the parcel..stupid company....he said it's the company's policy..bullsh**

should put a temporary dispute tag on this kind of person to warn them. Ask him to deposit you first as that is your money and not his money.

Dude..I ask him to deposit money to me 1st and then go claim from ABX but he refuse...

This really2 make me pissed off..then i sms him once again...here's the reply
