Since it’s not coming from the mouth of the boss, I’ll remain conservative on that, no harm giving them the benefit of doubt though. I wonder though, how far can they go by manufacturing mainly apparels (like 90% if I were to throw in an eyeballing figure), from only ONE customer. The financial figures speak otherwise though, double digits of ROE every year. This means I usually have 2 or 3 entry trades to take a said position, my first is already done. What if the price spikes in the middle of my entry process? It's gone. Let it go. I do not like averaging up as an investment approach to chase the price. Personally, this is where I lose money. I prefer a milestone or event based approach. I take a position, and if the prices goes up I let it. If nothing else changes but the price, do nothing. At certain points be it internal (Portfolio rebalancing) or external factors (Company announces a new strategic initiative), I re-evaluate my position if a block size increase is a good decision. If it happens to become a hot stock, where its share price supersedes financial performance by a considerably large gap, I’ll consider taking some money off the table.
