Cause when i buy i didn't notice the warrant. Mistake on my part  cry.gif

Then when price keep cannot go up, i go and check.

Seemed there will be a dilution effect from the warrant. I can actually sell all the mother and buy the warrant to have better gain actually, need to pay a bit more for the warrant premium only. But some warrant proceed actually has been put to good use in acquisition of profitable company with lower multiple, so no complain on my part.

I really got to say I made this mistake too. Failed to look at the fact that it has warrants....

ARBB is the one example...
it has tons and tons of PA shares ... which is in the money too...
hence.... the stock movement is always rclxub.gif for me......

Here is the latest on the Southern Score news.

4th Jan
https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_inform...?ann_id=3118598

8th Jan
https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_inform...?ann_id=3119904
Of course, now we are in GNB territory and rumour has it a takeover is on the horizon. Exposure to GNB is not comfortable, so let's focus on how significant the Southern Score related contract is in terms of the orderbook.

TCS was in the news for other contracts like RM323.0m from Mah Sing M Arisa Project, RM146.3m from Vista Sentul Residences Project and RM68.4m from Sime Darby Elmina Green Three. Orderbook looks fairly padded. In terms of the tenderbook, that one is at RM2.6b.

Do you have game plan in your investment/trades?

Let's take TG again. As mentioned, if I were to trade it, 6.05 could had been my entry.
Since there was the momentum, I would have eyed an initial 7.50 as my target.
That was the game plan.
But in trading, nothing is ever cast in stone. One must be flexible.
The stock finished too strong. Too fast.... 6.50 was the closing price.

The morning half hour quickly indicated the theme of the day - consolidating that big movement the previous day.

This is where the decision needs to be made, to stay or to go.
If stay, I would have set my exit point at 6.15 and observe how the stock trades the next day (ie today)

Trend reversals is not that easy to trade.
Ideally the stock breaks out the trend line and reverses straights up.
But that rarely happens.
Usually, after the breakout, it quickly consolidates. Sometimes, even after consolidation, it reverts back lower. Sometimes after a brief consolidation, the stock slowly moves higher.

Anything can always happen in the market.

Have a game plan but always be flexible. Yea, easier said than done. Cause if too flexible, one is nothing but an in-and-out player and based on averages, such style doesn't win in the long run. icon_rolleyes.gif

and oh.... buying correctly solves most problems....

Here's a recent example...

there was a declining trend line seen for MI.

After breaking out of the trend line .... it quickly moves higher but then .... it turns back lower ....

MI biggest customers are taiwan semis that support tsmc.

Malaysia will not see a vaccine until Q2 realistically.
I know the Ministers committed Q1 '21 on the vaccine, more likely the later part of Feb - Mar. Deployment time factored in, I'm expecting early Q2 for it to gain traction. And that's for front liners.

Population will need to wait.

3.60 and below i add. The rest need the boss to work already, my job is just to hunt for the point of bargain entry.

My tech stock entry criteria the P/E from 25x now move up to 40x (new normal like mco  sweat.gif ). Anything below 40x with a great management team, consistent growth, small to mid market cap seemed like a no brainer now.
