Help~ Violin beginner, violin price

hi guys, i plan to take the violin lesson soon but first i'm gonna get my own violin first.
Anyone can provide some advice on the beginner violin price range? I had asked Yamaha before, the person told me the violin they have is about RM 500. Is this price okay ? Coz i surf through Lazada and found some of the violin only coz about RM 100 - RM 300 ++ .... pls help~~ |

RM500 should be minimum. Any lower than it's probably a VSO (violin shaped object)
