hey jone, have a quest on ur hvt.

Do u calculate the total reps u r doing? Like may be in a set must be 36 reps (so 6reps in 6 sets)
How much weight u put in for ur hvt? 80% of 1 rm?

sweet, no wonder i cant analyze ur sets just now doh.gif, but tats hardcore and needs lot of motivation. Next week will be my new program, i think i wan to go for HVT tongue.gif

OPS. is actually barbbell row doh.gif, 1 cable row and 1 barbbell row. i gona do some research on the leg curl, not very sure how to do it hehe.

yeah, i have been doing my MAX-OT last 2 months and i think i will stick with the 5 days training routine hehe 2 muscle part a day.

i have done some modification

Week 1 - 40%x12, 50%x6-8, 50%x6-8, 60%x6, 80%x5, 80%x5
Week 2 - 40%x12, 50%x6-8, 50%x6-8, 60%x6, 80%x6, 80%x6
Week 3 - 40%x12, 50%x6-8, 50%x6-8, 60%x6, 80%x7, 80%x7 (if possible)

Week4- 40%x12, 50%x6, 50%x6, 60%x6, 82%x5, 82%x5
….

I dunno if i can cope with the training but this is just a draft from my logic, but i think refinement wil be done when i hit the weight hehe.

Or do u recommend tat i cut down the sets and stress on more reps on a lower weight range?

wah, i have the same issue last time, but the pain (sharp pain) is on the forearms (ard 5 inch from the wrist). then i stop it for like 3 month and eventually the pain is no longer there.

I think i get those injuries from inproper form of bicep curl (i bent my wrist a lil downward so it is kind of straining my wrist - bar is close to my fingers instead of close to my palms).

hehe, i hate it when i forget wat i did... and worse if i repeat the same weight or reps or worse i downgraded the performance by not knowing it.

hey dude i have a question for u on MAX OT, as u can see from the Sticky by darklihgt, he mention sumthing like

Wednesday - Back and Biceps

Pull-ups - *x50 (as many sets as it takes to get to 50 reps)
Barbell Row - 1x4-6
Pull Downs - 1x4-6
Low Pulley Row (V Bar) - 1x4-6
Low Pulley Row (straight bar) - 1x4-6

Alternating Dumbbell Curl - 1x4-6
Straight Bar Curl - 1x4-6

so all seems to only have 1 sets (the work set), and thats mean the rest will be the warm up ? i m just worry if i have done it wrongly last time lol.
