1. squats was satifying
2. MP was like "tonight we dine in hell" still stuck at 2 sets only.
3. Pendlays form is very satisfying. it seems that i deload between every rep my legs can take the weight already
4. was thinking whether i should do 3x3 for 80lbs of MP 1st then later only move on to 3x5 since darkie said its one way to increase poundage too
