Hi all,

This seller did not fulfil the sale, I had paid him RM50 for a ZTE modem but till now has not received item nor any update on the status from him. I have requested refeund from him on Saturday, but still no news from him.

I overlook his dispute tag on his profile, my mistake on this. please beware of this seler as he is still active had quite number of sales thread active.

This Espionage guy should be banned long time ago..

Paid in 28.2.07, he login almost everyday. Didn't bother to check if he login for the last 2 days, I dun wanna waste my time on him. Reason I overlook is becos I was eagered in looking for this modem.

Admin, please ban him or suspend his account for good. I dun think he will turn into new leaf, as this is consider repeated case on him.

And answer to your question:
1. Paid 28.02.07
2. This is what I been pursue for his answer, as he didn't give me update on my delivery date after my payment to him, I started to get fishy.
3. from 28.02.07 counted from payment date despite he didn't promise delivery date. I think this is fair as he didn't mention lead time he needed, so delivery date should be counted on the day I made payment.

Current status, I just received his PM to ask about my full name and email, I have replied him. With the acct num I have given to him earlier, I hope that he will refund me. Let see what happen next.

he's definitely not the best among sellers but there's always a possibility that he was unable to reply (for who knows what reason la) so let's wait and see how he responds to the buyer.

shouldn't take more than 2 days to deliver. even if you take longer time to deliver, the buyer MUST be informed.

Anyway...not to be rude but here is how to use the word fishy correctly. When you become "fishy" that means you are the one doing something wrong. So, espionage is the one who should get fishy, thus YOU smell something fishy from him.

Will deafpionage get another tag?
Maybe bad trader tag under his dispute tag?
