I pay RM1,399 for it. I'm from Sarawak so I guess it's cheaper in West M'sia. Why?

hey dude! nice pics! =P last 1 u could try a longer exposure, unless that pic is the effect ur after. btw.. u should have got a A530. 600 only and the same picture quality and a full manual mode too. =P

btw, u dun need a dSLR =P. although it'll ne nice to have 1 xD wakaka

DSLR is cool and tempting but atm, I'm fine with my A640, hehe.. newbie, still learning. A lot of stuffs still blur.

Okay, this one definitely not off-topic.
Let's talk about CHURCHES ... I've been thinking about this every since I got my EOS 1D : I am not very keen in Hindu temples and I shoot Chinese temples for their architechture and historical elements, what about churches? Anybody thought of that?

I dun believe there is NOT ONE church in KL I cannot find that can impress photographers historically or architecture-wise. When you say CHURCH everyone think of only Melaka

those red ones... how bout mosques?

If shoot from outside of course lahh ... adoi ... I am talking about INSIDE the mosque nia. Even so, it's not my taste, unless you wanna show ppl about Malaysia but then again, Malaysia is not only about mosques, temples and churches

I hv no comment on the photos as I m still learning, but my instinct tells me not to take too many photos of the sun like #28 & #29 as this may in long run damage the CCD.

Yes, I've heard the same thing. That are the only 2 shots that I've taken from the direct sun. Hopefully nothing will go wrong. *fingers crossed*

Actually, I don't quite understand the guide. I'm a newbie to PS. I only use it for the borders and putting my name on it. Others, never touch..

That's a little difficult to clone because the back ground is kinda complicated, especially near the number painted on the boat.
Overall it's a good shot with nice exposure and composition. I'll like to see more of your shots

the picture is abit weird weird ~ i think is bcoz u crop the picture sharp until can see something like spiky in the photo.

by the way did u add any filter for beach shoot ? like CPL ?

I was bored.

the batu....nth interesting ler...

The main subject should be the silhouette.

thats what i tought in the first place... hmm....try shooting higher a big lor...cover more on the shadow..and less on the batu...

Everything is done without any editing except a little cropping, adding the borders and my nickname.

Taken the pictures today.. Mt. Singai.. I didn't climb to the peak. I stopped at the church which is located at the middle of the mountain.

I know that some of the angles are not that good especially the church but I totally forget to snap from the different angles. Probably too tired.
