weird huh it seem like PC version are exclusive for NA only not whole world while PS4 release for whole world.

Japan PC release date is in the month April. Not sure about steam... steam ROW key is only way for now.
I suspect $ony might the reason for this..  Is there any website to sell Steam ROW game keys? |
