Ok, I will give it a try. Initially my plan is to park at bukit dukung as they have multistorey car park there. probably i will try both options and share it once i have experienced it.

but anyone have their own experiences to share, pls do share with me as well. it will definitely save a lot of my hassle smile.gif thanks

Based on my experience, public parking space around Taman Kota Cheras shop-lots near Sri Raya station are fully occupied by 8 A.M. and don't even think about parking at the vicinity of BTHO station cause that place, needless to say, is fully occupied every weekdays. Unless, you don't mind to park your vehicle far far away.
I think you should stick to your initial plan because it is much easier in finding a parking space at that time.
IMO, MRT corp should upgrade the existing BTHO MRT open space parking lot to a multi-storey car park building because there is a significant increase general ridership and working class in the city that opt to "park and ride" over there instead of Bukit Dukong.

there is a new SJK(T)  going to open at BMC

is there a lot of Indian community in BMC?
*
Only a tiny population of Indians live in BMC. However, in my opinion, this school will house or consolidate ALL the Indian students who live in Kajang, Balakong and Hulu Langat. Luckily it is a SRJK (T) and not SMJK.

Besides, it is near to the future BMC toll of EKVE and once Phase 2 is ready, probably beyond 2024, will provide an alternative route to Genting icon_idea.gif. The current idle building (modern wet market) manage by MPKJ can be turn into a small tour bus hub, which it is capable of, to Genting Highlands, Bentong or etc rclxms.gif this will open up domestic tourism opportunities rclxm9.gif

heard NSK opening at BMC, izzit true> jusco gone di?

NSK opening sure good for BMC/sg long folks

Sad to say, NSK business strategy is to open in "low income" areas or places. Therefore, nothing to be proud of . Anyway, expect the arrival of two secured tenants namely brew house and Zheng Palace(Chinese restaurant) in BMC mall.

What's sad is actually your comment.

Nsk opens 1 of its biggest branch adjacent to velocity mall too.

Does that mean that velo also serving low income areas?

Biggest branch so what? Please look into their customers' profile and target market. I had seen with my own eyes that those mamak foreign workers buying lowest grade or quality supplies from there very often. Do you really think that I simply say this without fact?Go back and do your homework kid.

Ever since the road widening project was completed several weeks ago at the mahkota underpass junction leading towards exit to Grand Saga highway, the jam que and waiting time has been reduced TREMENDOUSLY.

Based on my "everyday" observation, it itake merely less than 4 minutes to exit mahkota most of the time within a day except certain peak periods which only take slightly longer due to several big lorries making a U-turn and exit at the same time.

So, to all those naysayers especially this "Hello Hello" who complaints and criticizes "sibeh jam" at the very beginning as if Mahkota exit is the ONLY place in the whole Malaysia is congested and "ignoring" Puchong. I dare him to come here and repeat that again. If you found that my statement above is right, please spread the message "sibeh smooth".
