Had anyone been to damansara seresta? Is this area good? From the brochure, it looks amazing, but I am not sure how good is the developer quality (Land and General)..

What's the latest indicative price & sqft?

Foresta has some workmanship and management issues. Not sure if the developer has better assurance on Seresta.

The aqua project (UTAR conference centre + service apartment) next to Shell station has been freezed as this land was reserved as school land initially but converted as commercial land without proper authorization. Selangor state government will set up a commission of enquiry to investigate this matter.

Reserved land next to UTAR now served as parking place was reserved land for mosque also under investigation, these lands all belong to SHL.

Their smallest size is 1291 sqft, and selling price is around 900k. But with HOC, it should reduce to around 810-820k range..

I would said the traffic still pretty bad but for my case it's mainly due to the on-going construction that happening near taman desa there. And grandsaga also seems to be quite jam but recently i hardly use that path anymore as i was following waze's direction and it asked me to make an uturn from twin palm and use silk instead. I working in Bangsar South btw.

If you plan to take the MRT, you need to reach the station before 7.30am as the car park will be full after that. I stopped taking train 6 months ago as I always can't find a parking there.

Hope someone else could share more information with you. Other than traffic, i pretty like Sg Long after been staying there for more than 10 years now.

yalo, i think I have to leave around 4:30pm latest to avoid the jam at that stretch (TM to MV) then Taman Desa to Taman Connaught, some of my colleagues left at 4pm just to avoid jam, but they came early to work also.
