as i understand from students who view my unit, they are all trying to only rent scot pine/flora green/cypress coz everything else need to walk too far and lonely dark road.

I will also honk them but they will just ignore you. I don't think this problem will solve until they start changing their mentality. Probably you can upload the video in FB and shame on them then probably they will start changing their behavior.

Usually not only 1 culprit that will be doing this. But everytime you can see a few of them queuing there to cut the queue. If you honk the car in front of you, he may just act as if he got blocked by the 2 - 3 cars in front of you and why you are honking him?

We have to do our own part as well by educating our kids. I think the best way is create the awareness among our friends and family.

Based on my observation from MRT, jam is back after overhead bridge around former Batu 9 toll toward Cheras Sentral Mall, what happened?

Initially I tot there are lesser people take MRT but this is not true, the trains are packed, I got to stand all the way until Pasar Seni Station then only has chance to sit.

For Sg Long& BMC folks the most cost & time effective way to ride MRT is not via Bkt Dukung or BTOH MRT station but park your car (Free Of Charge) at single storey shoplots at Taman Kota Cheras then walk across pedestrian bridge to Sri Raya MRT Station. It save time as no need to wait for shuttle bus, closer to KL/PJ in fact if with good luck you are faster than driving.

With MRT shuttle bus covered almost all major destinations in Sg Long every 10 minutes, wonder why UTAR students still want to stick to these 3 condos?

because it is still much more convenient to walk at your own convenience than wait for shuttle no matter how punctual. i can attest to this from my 4 year of studying in singapore with so called "world class transport system"😂

Before MRT start.
I start from Sg Long school at 6.00am reached Bukit Jalil at 6.45am. If 6.30am reached at 7.20.

Now
I start at 6.30am reached 7.00am.
Smoother now.

Ya, me too. Smoother now. Going to Cyberjaya via Mines.

But 6.45 - 7.30 Jam start from Taming Jaya till The Mine...
Almost standstill Jam.

from mrt at 8am i observed jam on saga only starts at cheras sentral and still moving but ewl is totally jammed up.

Waze show my estimate arrival time to office at 8.25am ie 1 hours plus from BMC, quickly go to MRT Sri Raya, reached office also at 8.25am

Which MRT station you take MRT, what is the arrival time and waiting time for shuttle bus?

from my experience, it is not every 10 mins in the morning especially 7am-740am, there was a few times I have to wait more than 20mins for the bus. Sometime I can get the bus at 7:15am, sometime 7:20am, a few times after 7:30am

Oh IC, how you go to work recently driving or MRT?

For me, park at place near by MRT station (FOC) is more economic and time efficient than taking shuttle bus or driving.

MPKJ keeps summons nowadays, after checked only know they actually outsourced it to private company for the summon. no wonder the private company is so hardworking nowadays.

Unless MPKJ towed away those cars, otherwise car owners will still park whatever they want and pay no summon at all.
