Completed early this year. 4 lelong units in the market today: https://www.lelongtips.com.my/search/wave
The opposite Atlantis completed later few months, now with 2 lelong units in the market. How much the average airbnb return per month per unit? I know some operators willing to sublet take up your unit and own manage those units as hotel / airbnb / homestay. |
