[ICE] - Newbie Setup, Please recomend

Dear All sifus,
Am looking forward to upgrade my ICE with very limited budget of probably about RM1,000 - RM1,500 for: HU (preferbly with bluetooth, IIRC currently using Alpine CDA-9851) Tweeter Mid Rear (SUB optional / future upgrade) Can all dear sifu's kindly point newbie in the right direction?
