1) wip/ppa1m/pr1ma/rsku

2) do you see any improvement of oue nation since ph? And what do you see in next 5 to 10 years?

3) if you're worry about your salary van afford or not which means you can't (no offence)

4) investment? This project??? Because of? Cheap?

5) undercon property perhaps is the worst financial vehicle to pump in money for now. And you don't even have the money... You lend 90/100 with bank. (Uncle aunty sapu lelong and win big eventually because they used most of cash to obtain those units)

If you looking for 10 years of -ve investment, you've better chance to make some money with simply noobly put into low risk funds or gold.

I am wondering once completed and handover to eventual JMB, would it be like ParkView whereby the JMB is jointly managed by the condo residents and cheaper sibling PP1M residents. Strata title is under ONE or SEPARATELY ???
