If you purchase new car for the first time, then you will definitely be glad that he is your SA as he will make sure everything is kaotim efficiently and on time. You just need to drop in on the 'big' day to collect your car, as easy as that.

If you have experience in buying new car before, then you will understand why you need a good SA as both of you can get down to the points straight away, without any bullshit and hard selling of extra services. Just let him know what extra scope you need, and he will work on that.
