If you want to compare just between these two institutions, I'd say Sunway is the better choice. Both are accredited and approved by ACCA so there's no issue on that.

You can also consider taking CAT and ACCA at Sunway College instead of taking Accounting degree.

You're not helping at all. If you choose universities based on "gals", then might as well just quit studies and focus on finding gals instead.

If I'm not mistaken, you can still take CAT and then ACCA even if you don't have a base on accounting. The entry requirements for CAT do not require Accounting in SPM or IGSCE, just 5 credits including English and Maths.
