I Made a complaint at TM website, and it was forwarded to Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

Promise of upgrade from 30mbps to 50mbps. So i signed up lor.
End up they say due to technical and service issues, they offer my Hyptv channels.

TM just replied their standard reply, and closed my ticket vmad.gif

What the Hell! I do not even have a TV. In addition, this freebies is only 1 time offer to customer. Eligible customers will be contacted starting April 2017 till June 2017.



TM is continuously upgrading its infrastructure, increase network capacity and improve service availability towards better experience.  You will be updated of the latest offers and progress through announcements and communication once it is available in the near future.  In the meantime, we hope that you enjoy our token of appreciation that we have lined up for you.
