Today keep on getting spamming calls from TM,
shocked when they asked me "why give low/poor rating on recent live chat?" wow WTF, are they even allowed to do that? customer rating should be private, how can they spamming calls to clarify with customer ??? |

there's an info conflict about changing streamyx (still under contract) to Unifi,
some TM staff say no termination penalty and some say yes??? Dafuq? which is which?? anyone can clarify? |

how to show "grade" & "faster than xx%" in speedtest like you guys?
