First tell check 1st March and now saying check on 6th March and on the 6th they will say check back in June

Last time I had streamyx and when installed Unifi the streamyx package done terminate, so do I have to ask them to waive my old land line rental fee or they suppose to do it automatically? How was for you guys?

Because I had RM 28.xx bill for my old line and they said I never ask for rental fees waive

Damn they never told or ask me and is not written anywhere that customer them self have to request this am I right? or I miss look?

Finally able to check and not come after after bla bla date, btw my installation was in January

Why after accepting the offer page redirects and says from July and few seconds later email came says starting from January to June. Make up mind TM!!

Now I cant even go thepiratebay with google dns, is it permanently blocked? I know vpn would work, how about for you guys?

Are you guys on IPv4 or IPv6? I'm on IPv6 tried restarting internet, laptop and tried google/open dns both also can't, I even tried on my phone with dns still cannot. Btw unifi 30 here

This started happening yesterday after windows update, maybe something causing it, checked my tablet is working fine now but not on pc even both using same dns

after flush dns I restarted pc and this time not just IPv4 8888 8844 but as Calvin suggested I also set IPv6 dns and now is working fine again
But I don't understand its been 2months since I have unifi but never set IPv6 dns only used IPv4 dns it worked fine till yesterday

Just noticed mine has been upgraded from 30m to 50m 20th April, Putra Perdana Puchong
But have restarted modem after 15min still not seeing speed at 50m,
now download=37-40m and upload=15m

I installed in January and accepted the upgrade offer in March that said will be upgraded in June-July in email, but they already upgraded for me 2days ago. I think they meant Before July will be upgraded so yours can arrive anytime

I notice today by checking occ unifi than looked back at phone if i missed any sms and saw the sms too send 2days ago right before saying my payment has been made, i scroll too quickly to notice that time lol
