We have a similar situation there in Sg. Buloh, Selangor. The poles took like 3-5mths to be fully installed. Once all that, they can take a week or two more for the cabling and DP (distr. point) boxes installation. Our residential area is small, so they could have wrap this up faster.Just waiting for them to do it. Been collecting since mid Feb... Hopefully as soon as possible.
I agree that it's really frustrating to call the TM. Really!
Only last thing they do is, connecting the one cable back to the exchange box 500m outside the area. I'm not sure how long they can test the cables, and adding all the final details, but I hope it doesn't take us another 2 months or so!!
