Guys, if we request a FOC router from TM, say the TP Link AC1200, do we need to return the old router back to TM?

If they took back the old one, then might be some issue with it. Cause I think I misplaced the old router.

Now I'm using Asus one. But the signal seems a bit weak on 2nd floor...

Wow, u change all these router during the contract period or contract ends?

Anyone called 100 to enquire about the free upgrade?

I'm on the line with them and they told me that my upgrade is on JULY!!!

I asked further why need so long, and they reply is by stages!!!

Sometimes I really wonder why they need so long? Infra ready, technical part ready, so what else need to be done? If the upgrade is not free, usually we also can get it within few days time. But when come to free one, need to be stages...

Maybe due to this, they purposely delay mine till the last stage? Worry a lot ppl will rage?

Blame the multi standard billing system...

btw, yesterday complain to tm saying my wifi signal not strong, this morning they send technician over to install the tp link archer 1200 for me ady...

really hv to say, their service do improve compare from last time...

I didn't see google dns in my router.

I just set it from my laptop & smartphone...

Only for ipv4, as I didn't use ipv6...

Huuray, just received sms from TM, my unifi has been upgraded to 50mb....

Can't wait to try it out tonight.....
