To my surprise, recently acquired Archer C1200 performs really well beyond my expectations. Even 5Ghz channel penetrates well to my extended kitchen on ground floor though the router is located on the 1st floor, and there are multiple concrete walls and floors in between.

I encountered the same treatment from them too.After that I gave them 0 on the rating. Next day the supervisor called me and asked why I gave 0 for rating. I told him that your operator did not respond to my questions and I don't know what they were doing. No update, no sound, no picture. If they are checking for answers, please let us know that you are away from the terminal checking for answers. Don't let me wait there for 20 minutes and then the chat disconnected. Have to shoot them teruk teruk. |

Lucky, my archer c5 last time change from 4332 is okay but the 2.4 is utterly useless. Keeps dropping for no reason. Sometimes cannot even detect. Still under warranty and I could ask for a change but need to pay rm53 again. Last time pay twice because the first c5 is faulty.Should I say more for the 2.4Ghz? |
