I received FREE upgrade from 30 to 50Mbps, hopefully next month bill stay the same RM179 (Crossing finger).
Please do speed test after restart router. if speed is not up to 50Mbps, call 100 and report.
most probably they arrange technical come over and change old router to new router which support 50Mbps (New router TP-Link archer c1200).

To my surprise, recently acquired Archer C1200 performs really well beyond my expectations. Even 5Ghz channel penetrates well to my extended kitchen on ground floor though the router is located on the 1st floor, and there are multiple concrete walls and floors in between.
Should I say more for the 2.4Ghz?

Since my first bill from Dec 2015.

I encountered the same treatment from them too.
After that I gave them 0 on the rating.
Next day the supervisor called me and asked why I gave 0 for rating.
I told him that your operator did not respond to my questions and I don't know what they were doing. No update, no sound, no picture.
If they are checking for answers, please let us know that you are away from the terminal checking for answers. Don't let me wait there for 20 minutes and then the chat disconnected.

Lucky, my archer c5 last time change from 4332 is okay but the 2.4 is utterly useless. Keeps dropping for no reason. Sometimes cannot even detect. Still under warranty and I could ask for a change but need to pay rm53 again. Last time pay twice because the first c5 is faulty.

You cannot configure vlan 600 for wifi on C1200. Fixed on Lan1
