worst case for unifi free speed upgrade is by july lah...just have to wait, including myself...

I got mine removed but MCMC interfered. That time a bunch of subscribers and I were the soft launch batch and paid RM 199, after they officially launched it they reduced to RM 179. We complained and got it but no more free calls, I still had it for few months after that and they quietly removed it.

Now it's back again after it's upgraded to 50Mbps but I'm still paying RM 179.

I think you can complain when Advance 50 users are upgrade to Pro 100. So far, I think nobody has gotten that yet...

Asus "low end" model is considered too expensive for me    No choice to use TM provided router.

Depending, if router still under warranty (below 1 year) they will replace it if faulty. Otherwise, u can opt to renew contract 12 months and they replace the router free of charge.

nah. technician come over. they straight away change router. test2 then bye bye. haha. they never do the checking. anyway, the get money when we change.

My silver box router is actually dual band. You sure yours isn't? It's actually quite good.
