normally connector need to change or re slice need to redone,

it depend on contractor. it will take sometimes. anyway unifi not offer SLA or SLG. soooooo just be patient.
please contact 100 everyday to check progress

no la. undergroud until cabinet. to home they reuse old streamyx pole. even old streamyx cable from exchange also come underground

case 1 if disconnect issues need to get TM check infa, cable and swap other port
case 2 if speed download/upload issues it realated to setup by TM. first call 100 ask them to reset port. see any diff. if no diff please lodge report to further check. also please capture speedtest as reference and email to TM.

so far i am good live streaming from euro. done man u vs chelsea & f1 without buffers.

all TM router is rubbish. buy better router such as mikrolink or asus.

i feel same since saturday. open facebook & search engine quite slow. but smooth stream to euro..

it bind with current package. only speed upgrade i believe

how did you perform speedtest? wifi or lan? it must be between 28.5 to 30 mbps

maybe you can call 100 ask them.
