Let's not talk about that,
He is young, he thinks he know everything,
One year into the construction ondustry. Plenty to learn.

You might join at the start of the project, learnt everything.. then u move to the next?

Just finish a construction cycle, every season has diff responsibilities and work scope,
From planing, construction, archi, handover, all different..

I think I want to be PM or CEO, my career path not good for me. Too easy Liao executive.

People see experience and time in a company, jump so early, might as well, open yr own business.

This kind of idealistic (aka impatient) freshie attitude will only get worse even after they jump to another company few months later lol

In the end, CV lacklustre due to job hopping and they’re eventually will be forced to face the harsh reality of working world haha

Why not? Haha... I know what I want haha... I still can accept the job now...I still work here happily and the colleague and boss are good... It's just that it's not my long term goal...

Okay, if you know what you want then you should go ahead and start looking for a job now
It will not impact your chances for EP approval

Haha.

Although the current job doesnt align with my goal, I am still keen to learn... I am just asking for opinion whether i should stay for a certain period of time or directly looking for a new job that suits my interest ... icon_rolleyes.gif Not sure if this is a waste of time if i continue the current job... BTW, I know there's plenty of learn in the industry... IF i continue for this job for a year, is it possible to request for higher salary when i lok for the job that suit my interest next year ? I dun have the relevant experience after a year also... Or I need to compete with those fresh grad with nil experience ? sweat.gif
