SOT or Screen on Time is the number of hours the screen was on.

To put it in the simplest terms, screen-on time refers to how long a device’s battery can power its display on a single full charge. If power users are getting impressive screen-on time, this tells us that a device’s battery performance can satisfy the majority of users’ needs.
