I just installed Windows Vista Business Edition(got it free from somewhere laugh.gif) and I am running it on my MacBook via Parallels Desktop 3170

If you have any questions regarding Vista on MacBook, you can ask me and I will try to answer it

P/S: What the heck I am doing with Windows? Mac OS X runs better than Vista frankly speaking wink.gif Will remove Vista from my Mac OS X after getting all the disadvantages of Vista laugh.gif

I just saw Vista running on a MacBook Black in KLCC. Was in TechPeace. How smooth is Vista running with the Intel GMA950?

Better don't. Parallels is good for winxp atm. Why? Even you install vista, you won't have aero interface(it is because parallels currently don't support 3D acceleration), it is the same thing as winxp. Winxp smoother in parallels. wink.gif

Anyway, if you want aero interface. Can, no problem. Just use bootcamp. Btw, just to let you know that Parallels is an emulator. So it will have a performance hit. cool2.gif

Frankly, i'm not so sure because i don't have real mac. From what i read (insanelymac forum), you can use the currently beta bootcamp to install vista. Just got some of the driver issue which is not compatible in vista. wink.gif

I had that problem too and finally had to start from scratch...
Boot from Mac OS CD > used the Disk Utility and repartition all to 1 partition.
Then re-installed OS X and ran boot camp...

Sort of work now...
