You can change the option at the ATM itself to increase your withdrawal limit. If not mistaken you can also do so via Maybank2u.

Just now i try to increase my withdrawal limit through Maybank ATM, but i cant find the option for increasing withdrawal limit in the ATM menu. Would you explain a bit about the steps to increase the limit? In Maybank2u webpage, i only found the option to set "debit card purchase limit" and the maximum amount is RM5000. So far i cant find the option to set ATM withdrawal limit in Maybank2u. This post has been edited by toughproblem: Mar 1 2017, 12:26 AM

If I still remember, select others in the ATM menu. It's change transfer limit or change withdraw limit.

The last time i made the withdrawal limit change at the ATM, it takes effect immediately and you can withdraw up to the limit that you have just set.

Gonna go to borrow money now. go to maybank atm, select others, there's menu to increase your withdrawal limit there. go to that menu and it will ask you to key in your ic number. then proceed to menu where you can set your desired maximum withdrawal amount, and it applied immediately. thank you

withdraw limit is per day, not per everytime you insert your card into the machine.
the auto teller can only splurge out that many number of notes per withdrawal. if you need more, do withdrawal repetitivelt until you hit your daily limit.

Can do with Maybank own bank ATM. Cannot do from different banks ATM. To change, after select language, key in pin, select other transactions. Can see change withdrawal limit up to RM5000. Then it requires you to key in your IC number.
How i know? Because i always change it a few times already this year.

Amused when people that don't know how to use some services claim the service quality dropped.

Standard is RM 1K per day.
U can change up to RM 5K per day but per withdrawal is RM 1.5K one time. If need to take RM 5K, need to do it 4 times. Annoying but no choice.

Although I have three Maybank accounts - two savings and one current account, I found out yesterday (11th October 2017) that my withdrawal limit of RM5,000 per day is spread out over the three accounts. That means that I can't withdraw RM5,000 per day from each of the three accounts but only a total of RM5,000 from among the three accounts.
