Yep, I think the newly announced redmi 4x is much better phone if you have a tight budget

This phone is a joke. It's basically using sd625 with higher power consumption. Redmi Note 4 MTK X20 kill this with 20nm process and A72 cores.

Mi5c is dead on arrival.

Yes, surge in power consumption while other is trying to low the power consumption. Xiaomi is going down the drain.

1.22um camera sensor? That is so small compared to 1.55um of Mi5S.

Xiaomi is dying.

Nothing like Ryzen. It is using A53. The most you can get is 60k Antutu. Xiaomi already publish its Antutu to be 64k.

Also, if you reserve your comment, why you even want to comment you want to reserve your comment? You're so weird.

well, my point is... i wont say much about this soc. there is nothing out there that is based on real world performance benchmark, by real world people/tech-sites yet.

yes, on paper it looks mediocre, to say the least. and it probably is.

but i will not try to guesstimate that it's going to be a mediocre soc, mediocre phone, and so forth. not until i get to see results.

the same position with ryzen. i don't care much about the hyped up info scattered around the net. i want to see real world results first. then only i can pick a side.

hope that clarifies it for you. and thanks for your reply, by the way. smile.gif
