Hi does anyone use this ram before Geil Pristine 8gb ddr4? I was quoted with this ram but never heard of it. Does the brand of ram a major factor for performance?

Hi Sifus, I am newbie and planning to build a pc. I have read through most of the recommendation posts here and basically summarised it. Will be using this pc for modelling purposes like Ansys software. I have my own hard drive already and dont really need graphic card for now. Does not have a specifi budget actually.

Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB 2666MHz x2 (The shop im planning to buy selling Kingston DDR4 8GB 2400MHz at similar price, so better go for HyperX 2666MHz?)
