You need to increase your budget, it is not enough to fit all the components.

22" - 24" IPS monitor - around RM 500
Ryzen 5 1400 - around RM 800 (cheapest available Ryzen CPU in Malaysia now)
RX460 2GB - around RM 550 (cheapest RX400 series)

As you can see, the total cost is already nearly 2k with just 3 items in the cart  sweat.gif
If you buy a 240GB SSD in the future and you have a 1TB HDD with 800GB of files then you need to choose which files to migrate over to the new SSD, or just format the whole PC again (this is recommended to reduce the chance of having symlinks issue after data migration).

Regarding the CPU, it depends on games, some games don't require i5 to run smoothly but some do, i5 is a safer bet in this case (you can downgrade to i5 7400/7500 to save cost, they are very close in terms of performance).

Then how much do i need to increase my budget? 2.5k or 3k will be enough?
And also listed the complete ryzen 5 ( minimum budget ) rig. TQ and sorry if too much question.

I need an advice, thus ASUS PRIME B450M-K really that bad?
Just purchase it with really good discount until I heard about VRM stuff.
So should I still use it or change immediately as I didnt tend to OC in the near future.

What CPU did you plan to use and how much did you pay for it?  hmm.gif

It's not exactly a good board as there are no heatsinks on the VRMs, although it's perfectly fine for 65W chips like the 3600 icon_idea.gif

Though for the safe side I'd recommend putting some fans near the VRMs for cooling icon_idea.gif

I bought combo which is new Ryzen 5 2600 + ASUS B450M (RM750).
I guess it slightly better than cheap Gigabyte mobo variant ?
I have intake at top to which closer to VRM.

Overall, I need your opinion. Did I get a good deal or just better opted for the A320 mobo which give better VRM temps. My budget also quite tight tho.

Eh, considering the price you paid it's not that bad to say the least - just make sure that you don't put anything like a 3900X will do tongue.gif

Some budget Gigabyte ones does have heatsinks on the VRMs though icon_idea.gif

I'm comparing to Gigabyte B450M-S2H but it have the same VRM prob. ASUS probably have better BIOS right?

tq shifu chocobo7779 for your advice 😁!
