i5 3rd to 7th series / AMD A10 processors
8GB RAM
1TB hard disc drive
GPU (RX 460 , GTX 1050 etc)

It doesn't take that much of time. Just need to download those streaming apps such as OBS and then stream your game.

Thanks for the reply bro. GTX 1050 good enough? I thought would be minimum gtx1070?

Dude, try to read this.

https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-best-PC-s...e-gaming-videos

You'll get the idea that you don't really need very high-end GPU's to work it out. I have streamed using R7 260x (2014) long ago which costed less than RM500 or less.

Thanks bro. Will read it up.

i5-7400 will bottleneck GTX 1070 due to not enough clock speed. Get the best you can for the CPU.
*
Thanks for the fast reply. So minimum what CPU should I get to avoid bottleneck???

Guys is it possible to build a pc for a budget of only 2k??
I just want a cheap pc now but must have room to grow. My goal is to have a i5 + gtx1060 in future when i managed to save up..
Also i see most shops just give you microsoft trial, is this good enough or it is better to buy windows 10 straight away???
