Mainly playing mmorpg, city builder, and single player AAA game, aiming for max 1080p, looking to upgrade to 1440p in a year or so.
Intend to upgrade the CPU when the final generation AM5 is available in the future while keeping the GPU as is.
Estimate at least 5-7 years usage.
Is this mindset reasonable for the above setup?
Are there anything you could suggest changing to lower the price while not lose much performance?

Been looking into current gen stuff only, so i'm not well informed about last gen pricing.
Appreciate if you would suggest last gen AMD or Intel that still able to do 80%~ish performance, while keeping the price as low.
6k is my maxed-max, so i'd like to have a good gauge between current and last gen pricing before committing to it.
