Hi, can someone please help me? I recently bought a new pc from lowyat and assembled it myself. And I've been getting a low fps on all the games that I tested compared to the benchmark on youtube of the same specs as mine (even with the lower specs). What is wrong with my pc?

I3 8100
ASUS B360M
8GB DDR4 2666MHZ
GTX 1060 6GB
1TB HDD
550W PSU

Like below 60 fps. Basically it's significantly lower than what it should be. Witcher 3 (30-60fps), The Crew is literally unplayable in city (<20fps), COD WW2 (30fps). And I also tried using the lowest setting and it doesn't make any difference. Even a G4560 with GTX 1050 ti benchmark is better than this.
