Can anyone recommend a rig that budget exactly 5k and 3k for the purpose of video rendering?

res=1920X1080
including mouse, keyboard and monitor

for 5k build hoping for ultrawide monitor if possible

doesnt matter intel or amd aslongas better price/performance ratio

for 5k build, thinking about 1060 or k620 or rx580.
